It Didn't Take My Pride...



Two people in my family have suffered from Breast Cancer...
neither of them survived. Both My grandmother's and my Aunt's cancer started in their breasts and eventually spread and killed them.

But I remember after my aunt's breast was removed, she didn't allow it to take away her dignity or pride as a woman...she was one of the strongest people I have known in my life and I miss her dearly...so for her, and everyone else who is either sufferring from, or Survived Breast cancer, dont ever let go of your pride as a woman. This is for you.

-.- I feel for your loss, I truly am sorry, I also support the breast cancer appeal, and I hope this doesn't happen to others, I also have had people in my family die from breast cancer, I feel for your losses I truly do.

I'm sorry for your loss as well dear. My aunt died quite some time ago, but that doesn't mean I don't still think about her. She was an amazing person. By the time she died she had severe arthritis but never complained and always had a gentle smile on her face. Even after the cancer was found, she never seemed bitter or upset, and simply appreciated what time she had left.

Yes it's a good thing that you can remember the good times as well. I always remember the smile on my Aunt's face before.. She passed.

and **sigh** i know a few people who suffered from breast cancer too, it's just so sad... one of them are lik... pretty serious... she even said something like "i am ready to die".. it simply saddened me when i heard she said that...

Because its a very serious disease...and causes a lot of pain. I think the saddest part is when people lose the will to fight to live though.
